Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or Calmaromalight's services shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation
• Arbitration: Certain disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
• Jurisdiction: Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in courts of competent jurisdiction in West Virginia, United States

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For international clients, these terms are subject to applicable local laws and regulations that may not be waived by these terms.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in West Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Modifications

Calmaromalight reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
